How an order runs
Four stages, and you sign off before each one moves. Nothing reaches bulk that you have not held in your hand.
- Stage 01
Brief
You send artwork, colour references, target quantities and the market you ship to. We come back with costing.
- Stage 02
Pattern
Our pattern masters cut and grade to your spec. Fit is proved on the bench before anything is committed.
- Stage 03
Sample
A production sample is made on the real line, not a mock-up. Nothing goes to bulk until you approve it.
- Stage 04
Bulk
Chain-system production under supervision, then packing to your own polybag, header card and barcode.

AAA grade cabretta leather
Hair sheep leather, tanned soft and cut thin. It is the standard for tour gloves because it gives grip without bulk and moulds to the hand after a few holes.

All-weather synthetic
Microfibre PU built for wet play and for rental fleets. It holds grip when damp, washes without hardening and costs less per pair at volume.

Micro-interlock knitted for print. Artwork is sublimated into the fibre before cutting, so the graphic runs across seams and will not crack or peel.

Our pattern masters work continuously on research and development, because fashion in this category moves every season. Production runs on a chain system under close supervision, which is how we keep a run of ten thousand pairs looking like the sample you approved.
